NOTE: On Arrival :  Come upstairs to the space outside the Theatre lab.
With simultaneous sessions we’ll be dividing in two – so you’ll join one or other group.
I kindly ask everyone to be flexible regarding sessions so that  we split evenly across the sessions so there is a good number in each.
​
At the end of the day someone from each session will offer a reflection of the session so that we can connect and share the experiences of the day together.

Sessions are in either  THEATRE LAB  or STUDIO

2.15-2.30 Transition to spaces

      Sessions 1: Outdoors and in Theatre lab
       2.30-3.30  Session with Amy Prendergast and Laura O’Brien-
meeting point at Glucksman Gallery - (starting there moving back to lab for Feldenkrais session).
 
       3.30-4pm Feldenkrais with Susanne Leutenegger
 
    or 
    Session 2:  STUDIO:  2.20-4 Continumm workshop with Marianne Sharp

A note on food. Lunch and dinner are not provided.  We will have some tea/coffee making facilities and some small snacks for breaks. 
​
For lunch there are a number of local places within easy walking distance or bring lunch to eat together. Those going for session 1 after lunch may want to picnic outside the Glucksman or there's a nice cafe there also.
